-Sabut Dhania (Imbewu ye-Coriander) ichotshoziwe ½ tbs
-Usawoti ophinki we-Himalayan ½ tsp noma ukunambitha
-I-Zeera (Imbewu ye-Cumin) egazingiwe futhi yachotshozwa 1 tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp noma ukunambitha
-Saunf (imbewu yefennel) ichotshozwe 1 tsp
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-I-Kalonji (Imbewu ye-Nigella) ¼ tsp
-Ijusi kalamula 3-4 tbs
Izikhombisi-ndlela:
- Sika upelepele oluhlaza phakathi nendawo futhi ubeke eceleni.
- Epanini lokuthosa, engeza amafutha okupheka, amaqabunga e-curry & gazinga imizuzwana eyi-10.
- Engeza upelepele oluhlaza, hlanganisa kahle bese upheka umzuzu.
- Faka iyogathi, imbewu ye-coriander, usawoti obomvana, imbewu ka-cumin, upelepele obomvu, imbewu yefennel, i-turmeric powder, imbewu ye-nigella, hlanganisa kahle bese upheka elangabini eliphakathi nendawo imizuzu engu-1-2, ikhava bese upheka emlilweni ophansi imizuzu engu-10- Imizuzu engu-12.
- Faka ijusi kalamula, uhlanganise kahle bese upheka imizuzu emi-2-3.
