Lesi sidlo esiduduzayo silungele ukufudumala phakathi nezinyanga zasebusika, sifaka ukunambitheka okuhlukile kwamatheniphu ahlanganiswe nezinongo ezinuka kamnandi.

- Zeera (Imbewu yeCumin) 1 tsp
- I-Adrak lehsan (I-Ginger garlic) ichoboze i-tbs engu-1
- I-Hari mirch (Ipelepele eluhlaza) iqotshwe i-tbs engu-1
- I-Pyaz (U-anyanisi) iqotshwe 2 okumaphakathi
- I-Tamatar (Utamatisi) iqotshwe kahle 2 okuphakathi
- I-Dhania powder (i-Coriander powder) 2 amathisipuni
- I-Kali mirch (upelepele omnyama) ochotshoziwe ½ tsp
- Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 isipuni noma ukunambitha
- I-Haldi powder (i-Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
- I-Matar (Peas) ½ Inkomishi
- Usawoti ophinki we-Himalayan ½ tsp noma ukunambitha
- I-Hara Dhania (i-coriander entsha) eqoshiwe ngesandla
- Garam masala powder ½ tsp
- I-Hari mirch (Upelepele Oluhlaza) usikiwe (ukuhlobisa)
- I-Hara dhania (i-coriander entsha) eqotshiwe (ukuze ihlobise)
Izikhombisi-ndlela:
- Geza amatheniphu uwasike abe izingcezu ezincane.
- Epanini, faka utheniphu, usawoti ophinki, namanzi. Hlanganisa kahle futhi ulethe ngamathumba. Mboza bese upheka ngesitimu emlilweni ophansi kuze kube yilapho utheniphu esethamba (cishe imizuzu engama-30) futhi amanzi abune.
- Vala ilangabi bese ugxoba kahle ngosizo lwe-masher. Beka eceleni.
- E-wok, engeza amafutha okupheka kanye nembewu ye-cumin. Engeza u-garlic ochotshoziwe we-ginger kanye nopelepele oluhlaza oqotshiwe, bese upheka imizuzu engu-1-2.
- Faka u-anyanisi oqoshiwe, uhlanganise kahle, bese upheka emlilweni ophakathi imizuzu engu-4-5.
- Engeza utamatisi oqoshwe kahle, i-coriander powder, upelepele omnyama ochotshoziwe, impushana kachili ebomvu, i-turmeric powder, nophizi. Hlanganisa kahle, umboze bese upheka emlilweni ophakathi imizuzu engu-6-8.
- Faka ingxube yetheniphu egayiwe, lungisa usawoti uma kunesidingo, bese uxuba kahle. Mboza bese upheka emlilweni ophansi kuze kuhlukane amafutha (cishe imizuzu eyi-10-12).
- Faka i-garam masala powder bese uxuba kahle.
- Gcoba nge-chili eluhlaza esikiwe kanye ne-coriander entsha ngaphambi kokuphakela. Jabulela i-Shaljam ka Bharta yakho emnandi!
