Moong Dal Paratha

Izithako:
- 1 inkomishi ephuzi moong dal
- 2 izinkomishi atta
- 2 tbsp upelepele oluhlaza oqoshiwe
- 2 tbsp i-ginger eqoshiwe
- 1 isipuni se-chili powder ebomvu
- ½ tsp i-turmeric powder
- Usawoti ozonambitha
- Ihing elincane
- 1 u-anyanisi, oqotshwe kahle
- ¼ tsp imbewu ye-carom
- 2 tbsp amaqabunga e-coriander aqoshiwe
- I-Ghee njengoba kudingeka
cwilisa i-moong dal okungenani amahora angu-4-5. Khipha i-dal bese ufaka ujinja oqoshiwe, upelepele, i-coriander, u-anyanisi, usawoti, impushana ebomvu ye-chili, i-turmeric powder, i-hing, imbewu ye-carom bese uxuba kahle. Faka ufulawa bese uxova inhlama ebushelelezi enezela amanzi njengoba kudingeka. Phumula inhlama imizuzu engu-20. Phinda uxove inhlama umzuzu. Hlukanisa inhlama ibe amabhola osayizi wethenisi. Jikela kuma-parathas. Pheka phezu kokushisa okuphakathi kuze kube kukhilimu, wengeze i-ghee njengoba kudingeka. Khonza nge-pickle.

- 1 radish
- 10-12 ushizi oluhlaza
- 3 tbsp uwoyela wesinaphi
- ½ tsp imbewu yefennel
- ½ tsp imbewu ye-nigella
- ½ tsp imbewu yefenugreek
- 1 isipuni se-turmeric powder
- 1 isipuni se-chiil powder ebomvu
- 1 tsp kasawoti
- 3 tbsp impusha yesinaphi
- 2 tbsp uviniga
Indlela:
Shisisa amafutha e-mustard epanini. engeza imbewu bese uvumela ukuba i-splutter. Engeza i-mustard powder, i-chili powder ebomvu, i-turmeric bese uxuba. Faka imifino, usawoti uhlanganise kahle. Pheka imizuzu engu-3-4. Faka uviniga, hlanganisa futhi ususe ekushiseni.
