1/2 ithisipuni Usawoti - Ukugcwalisa:
2 wezipuni Amafutha
3 Amazambane, abilisiwe ( 500g)
1 inkomishi (150g) Uphizi oluhlaza, amasha noma aqandisiwe
2 wezipuni amaqabunga e-coriander, oqoshiwe
1 Upelepele oluhlaza, oqotshwe kahle
8-10 Ukhesheshi, ochotshoziwe (uma uthanda)
2 -3 ama-clove kagalikhi, ochotshoziwe
isipuni esingu-1 sika-ginger unama
1 ithisipuni imbewu ye-Coriander, echotshoziwe
1/2 ithisipuni Garam masala
isipuni esingu-1 se-Chili powder
1 ithisipuni imbewu ye-Cumin
1 ithisipuni I-Turmeric

Usawoti ukunambitha
1/4 inkomishi (60ml) Amanzi - Izikhombisi-ndlela:
- 1. Yenza inhlama: endishini enkulu yokuxuba, hlanganisa ufulawa nosawoti. Faka amafutha bese uqala ukuxuba ngeminwe yakho, gcoba ufulawa ngamafutha kuze kuhlanganiswe kahle amafutha. Uma isihlanganisiwe, ingxube ifana nemvuthuluka.
- 2. Qala ukungeza amanzi, kancane kancane bese uxuba ukuze wenze inhlama eqinile (inhlama akufanele ibe thambile). Vala inhlama bese uvumela ukuphumula imizuzu engu-30.
