 -Zeera (Imbewu yeCumin) egazingiwe futhi yachotshozwa 1 tsp
 -Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp noma ukunambitha
 -Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) 1 tsp
 -Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp noma ukunambitha
 -Aloo (Potatoes) ebilisiwe 4-5 medium
 -Matar (Peas) ibilisiwe 1 Inkomishi

 -Podina (Amaqabunga e-Mint) 1 Inkomishi
 -Hara Dhania (I-coriander entsha) ½ Inkomishi
 -Lehsan (I-Garlic) 3-4 ama-clove
 -Hari mirch (Green chilies) 4-5
 -Chanay (Amagremu agazisiwe) 2 tbs
 -Zeera (Imbewu yeCumin) 1 isipuni
 -Usawoti we-Himalayan pink ½ tsp noma ukunambitheka
 -Ijusi kalamula 2 tbs
 -Amanzi 3-4 tbs

 -Imli pulp (Tamarind pulp) ¼ Cup

- Lungisa inhlama ye-Samosa:
 -U-Maida (ufulawa oyizinjongo zonke) uhlunge izinkomishi ezingu-3
 -Usawoti ophinki we-Himalayan 1 isipuni noma ukunambitha
 -Ajwain (Imbewu ye-Carom) ½ tsp
 -IGhee (Ibhotela elicacisiwe) ¼ Inkomishi />-Amanzi ashisayo inkomishi engu-1 noma njengoba kudingeka
- Izikhombisi-ndlela:
 Lungisa Ukugcwaliswa Kwamazambane:
 -Epanini lokuthosa, engeza amafutha okupheka, upelepele oluhlaza, unamathisele kagalikhi ka-ginger, imbewu ye-coriander ,imbewu yekhumini,usawoti ophinki, i-turmeric powder, upelepele obomvu, hlanganisa kahle futhi upheke umzuzu.
 -Faka amazambane, uphizi, uhlanganise kahle & uxove kahle ngosizo lwe-masher bese uxuba kahle futhi upheke u-1- 2 amaminithi.
