Izithako:

Isinkwa somdabu sase-Uzbek noma ezinye izinhlobo zesinkwa, imvu noma inyama yenkomo, izaqathi, amazambane, u-anyanisi, utamatisi, imifino, usawoti, upelepele, ezinye izinongo.

Ukulungiselela Inqubo:

Bilisa inyama emanzini, khipha igwebu. Bilisa kuze kuphekwe ngokuphelele. Engeza imifino bese ubilise kuze kuphekwe ngokugcwele. Sika isinkwa sibe yizicucu ezincane bese wengeza kumhluzi ngemva kokubilisa. Bilisa isinkwa imizuzu embalwa size sithambe futhi sibe mnandi.

Isevisi:

Idwetshwe ngethreyi elikhulu, ephakelwa okuluhlaza, futhi kwesinye isikhathi ukhilimu omuncu noma iyogathi. Ngokuvamile kudliwa kushisa futhi okumnandi ikakhulukazi ngezinsuku ezibandayo.
