Isithako:-Sugar 4 tbs-Makhan (Butter) ½ tbs-Izingcezu zesinkwa esisele 2-Anday enkulu (Amaqanda) 2-Ubisi olujikisiwe ¼ Inkomishi-Ushukela 2 tbs-Vanilla essence ½ tsp-Doodh (Ubisi) 1 Inkomishi-StrawberryIziqondiso: -Epanini lokuthosa, engeza ushukela bese upheka elangabini eliphansi kakhulu kuze kube yilapho ushukela ushintshashintsha futhi ube nsundu.-Engeza ibhotela uhlanganise kahle.-Thela i-caramel phansi kweceramic encane. izitsha bese uyiyeka iphumule imizuzu engu-5.-Ejekeni le-blender, engeza izingcezu zesinkwa, amaqanda, ubisi olujikisiwe, ushukela, i-vanilla essence, ubisi futhi uhlanganise kahle.-Thela ingxube ehlanganisiwe endishini yobumba bese umboza nge-aluminium foil.-Ngaphakathi amanzi abilayo, beka i-grill rack noma i-steam rack & beka izitsha ze-pudding, ikhava & umusi upheke elangabini eliphansi imizuzu engu-35-40.-Faka induku yokhuni ukuze uhlole ukuthi yenziwe yini.-Susa ngokucophelela uhlangothi lwe-pudding ngosizo ummese bese uwupheqa epuletini lokuphakela.-Gcoba nge-strawberry bese uphaka epholile (kwenza ukudla okungu-3).

Izithako:-Izingcezu zesinkwa ezisele 8 ezinkulu -I-Makhan (Ibhotela) ithambile -I-Akhrot (I-Walnut) iqotshwe njengoba kudingekile-I-Badam (Ama-alimondi) iqoshwe njengoba kudingekile-i-Kishmish (Ama-Raisins) njengoba kudingeka -I-Jaifil (Nutmeg) ingcosana engu-1 -Cream 250ml-Anday ki zardi (Izikhupha zamaqanda) 4 ezinkulu-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 5 tbs-Vanilla essence 1 tsp-Amanzi ashisayo-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar)Iziqondiso:-Sika amaphethelo esinkwa usebenzisa ummese.-Fafaza ibhotela ohlangothini olulodwa lwezingcezu zesinkwa bese usike onxantathu.-Endishini yokubhaka, hlela isinkwa onxantathu (ibhotela libheke phezulu). -Fafaza ama-walnuts, ama-alimondi, omisiwe, amantongomane bese uwabeka eceleni.-Epanini, engeza ukhilimu bese uwushisa elangabini eliphansi kuze kubile bese ucisha ilangabi.-Endishini, engeza izikhupha zamaqanda, u-caster sugar & whisk kuze kube yilapho ishintsha umbala (imizuzu engu-2-3). -Khanya ingxube yeqanda ngokufaka ukhilimu oshisayo kancane kancane kuyo bese uphehle njalo.-Manje thela yonke ingxube kukhilimu oshisayo osele, vula ilangabi bese uphehle kahle.-Faka i-vanilla essence uhlanganise kahle.-Thela uphudingi ofudumele phezu kwesinkwa & yiyeke icwiliswe imizuzu eyi-10.-Faka isitsha sokubhaka kubhavu omkhulu wamanzi ugcwalise amanzi ashisayo.-Bhaka kuhhavini oshisayo ngaphambi kuka-170C imizuzu engu-20-25 (kuwo womabili ama-grills).-Fafaza u-caster sugar bese uwuncibilikisa nge-blow torch. .-Ukhonze upholile!
