Isaladi ye-Soya Chunks

I-Soya Chunk Salad iyiresiphi elula nenempilo ongayenza emizuzwini embalwa. Le saladi ingenziwa njengesiqalo ngaphambi kokudla.

- U-anyanisi/प्याज़ -1/2
- Cucumber/खीरा-1/2
- Utamatisi/टमाटर -1/2
- Coriander/धनिया -1 tsp
- Mint/पुदीना -1 tsp
- Izinhlamvu zesoya/ सोयाचंक्स- 50 gm
- Curd/दही-1 inkomishi
- cumin powder/ज़ीरा पाउडर-1/2tsp
- Salt/नमक-Acc kokunambitha kwakho /स्वाद अनुसार
- Impuphu kapelepele omnyama/काली मिर्च का पाउडर - Acc ngokunambitha kwakho/स्वाद अनुसार
- Amakhambi axutshiwe/मिश्रित जड़ी बूटी-1/4tsp
- Extra amafutha omnqumo/शुद्ध जैतून का तेल-1tsp
Iziyalezo
- Thatha ama-50 gms amaqatha esoya uwabilise. Zishiye emanzini ashisayo imizuzu eyi-10 zize zithambe.
- Khipha amanzi, uwageze ngamanzi ahlanzekile bese ukhipha wonke amanzi asele ezigabeni zesoya.
- Marinate the the soya chunks. izingcezwana zesoya ngokungeza u-curd, usawoti, i-cumin powder, amakhambi axutshwe nopelepele omnyama.
- Vumela i-marinate ihlale esiqandisini imizuzu engu-30
- Faka 1 ithisipuni yamafutha omnqumo epanini. . Faka iklabishi eliqotshiwe kanye nopelepele bensimbi bese ubosa imizuzwana engu-30.
- Uma usupholile engeza ingxube yemifino ezigayweni zesoya.
- Faka ukhukhamba oqoshiwe, utamatisi, amakhambi axutshwe, usawoti, upelepele omnyama, i-coriander, ne-mint endishini.
- Hlanganisa konke ndawonye futhi isaladi yakho ye-Soya enephrotheni ephezulu isilungile!!
