- 3 ½ izinkomishi zamanzi
- Usawoti ukunambitha
- ¼ tsp ushukela
- 1 wedge of lime
- 1 tbsp amaqabunga e-coriander amasha aneziqu zawo ezithambile, oqoshiwe
- 1 tbsp i-ghee
Inqubo:

● Nge-Upma, shisisa amafutha ku-kadhai efanayo kanye nembewu yesinaphi ye-splutter, kulandele i-chana dal, i-gota urad namantongomane e-cashew. Yosa kuze kube nsundu ngokukhanyayo.
