- 1 inkomishi ye-semolina (suji)
- 2 amazambane aphakathi nendawo (abilisiwe futhi acutshiwe)
- 1/2 inkomishi yamanzi (lungisa njengoba kudingeka)
- 1 tsp imbewu ye-cumin
- 1/2 isipuni se-chili powder ebomvu
- 1/2 tsp i-turmeric powder
- Usawoti ukunambitha
- Amafutha okuthosa
- Amaqabunga e-coriander aqotshiwe (okuhlobisa)
Imiyalo
- Endishini yokuxuba, hlanganisa i-semolina, amazambane acubuziwe, imbewu ye-cumin, impushana ebomvu ye-chili, i-turmeric powder, nosawoti. Xuba kahle.
- Engeza amanzi kancane kancane kwingxube uze ufinyelele ukuvumelana kwe-batter ebushelelezi.
- Shisisa ipani elinganamatheli phezu kokushisa okuphakathi bese wengeza amaconsi ambalwa kawoyela.
- Uma amafutha eseshisa, thela inhlama egcwele inhlama epanini, uyisakaze ibe yindingilizi.
- Pheka kuze kube yilapho isingezansi sibe nsundu ngokusagolide, bese upheqa bese upheka olunye uhlangothi.
- Phinda inqubo ye-batter esele, wengeze amafutha njengoba kudingeka.
- Nikeza kushisa, kuhlotshiswe ngamaqabunga e-coriander aqoshiwe, kanye ne-ketchup noma i-chutney.
