- 2 amathini (14 oz.- 400g ngalinye) utamatisi osikiwe
- 2 tbsp (30g) utamatisi unama
- 1 tsp impushana kachili
- 1 tsp i-cumin yomhlabathi
- 1 isipuni se-paprika
- ama-chili flakes, ukunambitha
- 1 tsp ushukela
- usawoti kanye nopelepele omnyama osanda kusindwa

- parsley/cilantro entsha yokuhlobisa
- Shisisa amafutha e-olive epanini lokuthosa elingu-12 inch (30cm) phezu kokushisa okuphakathi. Faka u-anyanisi bese upheka imizuzu engaba ngu-5 kuze kube yilapho u-anyanisi eqala ukuthamba. Faka ugalikhi.
- Faka upelepele obomvu bese upheka imizuzu engu-5-7 phezu kokushisa okuphakathi kuze kuthambe
- Govuza unamathisele utamatisi notamatisi osikiwe bese ufaka zonke izinongo noshukela. Isizini ngosawoti kanye nopelepele bese uvumela ukubila phezu komlilo ophakathi imizuzu engu-10-15 kuze kube yilapho iqala ukunciphisa.
