  • 1 tsp impushana kachili
  • 1 tsp i-cumin yomhlabathi
  • 1 isipuni se-paprika
  • ama-chili flakes, ukunambitha
  • 1 tsp ushukela
  • usawoti kanye nopelepele omnyama osanda kusindwa

  • parsley/cilantro entsha yokuhlobisa
  1. Shisisa amafutha e-olive epanini lokuthosa elingu-12 inch (30cm) phezu kokushisa okuphakathi. Faka u-anyanisi bese upheka imizuzu engaba ngu-5 kuze kube yilapho u-anyanisi eqala ukuthamba. Faka ugalikhi.
  2. Faka upelepele obomvu bese upheka imizuzu engu-5-7 phezu kokushisa okuphakathi kuze kuthambe
  3. Govuza unamathisele utamatisi notamatisi osikiwe bese ufaka zonke izinongo noshukela. Isizini ngosawoti kanye nopelepele bese uvumela ukubila phezu komlilo ophakathi imizuzu engu-10-15 kuze kube yilapho iqala ukunciphisa.
