Izithako:
- I-Gajar (Izaqathi) 300 gm
- I-Chawal (Ilayisi) i-basmati ¼ Cup (ecwiliswe amahora angu-2)
- Doodh (Ubisi) 1 & ½ litre
- Ushukela ½ Inkomishi noma ukunambitha
- I-Elaichi ke daane (i-Cardamom powder) echotshoziwe ¼ tsp
- I-Badam (Ama-alimondi) isikwe u-2 tbs
- I-Pista (Pistachios) isikwe u-2 tbs
- I-Pista (Pistachios) njengoba idingeka ekuhlobiseni
- I-Walnut (Akhrot) iqotshwe ama-tsp angu-2
- Ukhukhunathi ongathandeki wokuhlobisa
Izikhombisi-ndlela:
- Endishini, grate izaqathi ngosizo lwe-grater bese ubeka eceleni.
- Irayisi elichotshoziwe elicwiliswe ngezandla bese libeka eceleni.
- Ebhodweni, faka ubisi futhi ulibilise.
- Faka izaqathi ezigayiwe, ilayisi eligayiwe bese uxuba kahle, ulethe ukuthi ubilise bese upheka emlilweni ophakathi imizuzu engu-5-6, vala kancane bese upheka emlilweni ophansi imizuzu engu-40 kuya kwehora elilodwa bese uqhubeka ugoqa phakathi.
- Faka ushukela, imbewu ye-cardamom, ama-alimondi, ama-pistachio, hlanganisa kahle bese upheka emlilweni ophakathi kuze kube yilapho ubisi luncipha futhi lujiyile (imizuzu emi-5-6).
- Gcoba ngama-pistachio kanye nokhukhunathi oshibhile futhi uphake kushisa noma kubanda!
