Upelepele Oluhlaza (हरी मिर्च)– 1 (oqotshwe kahle)
I-Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर)- ¼ tsp
Izinhlamvu zesinaphi Esimnyama (राई) - ½ tsp
Ushukela (चीनी)-1.5 tsp
Usawoti(नमक) – ¾ tsp (noma ukunambitha)

Indlela yokwenza i-Poha :
Thatha izinkomishi ezi-2 ze-Poha ezacile eziphakathi bese uzihlanza. Gcoba i-poha emanzini bese uyikhipha ngokushesha. Hlanganisa i-poha nge-spoon. Asidingi ukucwilisa i-poha, vele siyihlanza kahle. Faka i-¾ tsp kasawoti noma njengokunambitha ngakunye ku-poha, kulandele i-1.5 tsp ushukela. Hlanganisa kahle futhi ubeke eceleni imizuzu engu-15 ukuze ubeke. Ivuse kanye ngaleso sikhathi ngemva kwemizuzu emi-5 isiphelile. Gcina eceleni imizuzu emi-5 ukuya kweyisi-6.
Shisisa ipani bese wengeza i-tsp engu-1 yamafutha kuyo. Gcoba amantongomane angu-½ wenkomishi emafutheni kuze kube crispy. Uma zosiwe futhi sezilungile, zikhiphe ngepuleti elihlukile.
Ukuze wenze i-poha engeza u-1 kuya ku-2 wezipuni zamafutha epanini bese uyishisa. Faka u-½ tsp imbewu yesinaphi emnyama kuyo bese uvumela ukuthi iqhekeze. Nciphisa ilangabi ukuze uvimbele izinongo ukuthi zingabi nsundu. Faka 1 upelepele oluhlaza oqotshwe fake, ¼ tsp i-turmeric powder, cishe osikiwe amaqabunga e-curry ayi-8 kuya kwayi-10. Faka i-poha epanini bese uyipheka imizuzu emi-2 ngenkathi uhlanganisa.
