Iresiphi ye-Daal Masoor

Izithako zeresiphi ye-Daal Masoor:
- 1 inkomishi ye-masoor daal (i-lentile ebomvu)
- 3 izinkomishi zamanzi
- 1 tsp usawoti
- 1/2 tsp i-turmeric
- 1 u-anyanisi ophakathi (oqoshiwe)
- 1 utamatisi ophakathi nendawo (oqoshiwe)
- 4-5 upelepele oluhlaza (oqoshiwe)
- 1/2 inkomishi ye-coriander entsha (eqoshiwe)
Ukuthukuthela u-daal masoor:
- 2 tbsp i-ghee (ibhotela elicacisiwe) / uwoyela
- 1 tsp imbewu ye-cumin
- ingcosana ye-asafetida
Iresiphi: Geza i-daal bese uyicwilisa imizuzu engama-20-30. Epanini elijulile, faka amanzi, i-daal ekhanyiwe, usawoti, i-turmeric, u-anyanisi, utamatisi nopelepele oluhlaza. Hlanganisa bese upheka ngenkathi umbozwe imizuzu engu-20-25. Ukushisa, ukushisa i-ghee, engeza imbewu ye-cumin ne-asafetida. Ngemuva kokuthi i-daal isiphekwe, engeza ukushisa nge-coriander entsha phezulu. Yiphake kushisa nerayisi noma i-naan.
