  • 3 tbsp amafutha omnqumo
  • upelepele omnyama
  • 1/2 tsp usawoti
  • 1/3 tsp i-cumin
  • inqwaba yeparsley

Okwesosi yeyogathi :

  • 1 inkomishi ye-vegan iyoga
  • 1 tbsp amafutha omnqumo
  • 1 tsp ijusi kalamula
  • pelepele omnyama
  • 1/2 tsp kasawoti
  • 1 ugalikhi omncane ogayiwe

Iziyalezo:

  1. Geza uphizi ophekiwe namazambane epanini. isitsha esikhulu.
  2. Faka u-anyanisi oqotshiwe, u-garlic, ujinja, amafutha omnqumo, upelepele omnyama, usawoti, ikumin, neparsley eqoshwe kahle. Xuba zonke izithako uze uthole ingxube efanayo.
  3. Yenza amaqebelengwane amancane ngengxube bese upheka epanini elishisayo elinamafutha omnqumo. Pheka imizuzu embalwa kuze kube nsundu ngokusagolide nhlangothi zombili.
