Izithako zama-chickpea patties angu-12:
- 240 gr (8 & 3/4 oz) amachickpeas aphekiwe
- 240 gr (8 & 3/4 oz) izambane eliphekiwe
- u-anyanisi
- ugalikhi
- i-ginger encane
- 3 tbsp amafutha omnqumo
- upelepele omnyama
- 1/2 tsp usawoti
- 1/3 tsp i-cumin
- inqwaba yeparsley
Okwesosi yeyogathi :
- 1 inkomishi ye-vegan iyoga
- 1 tbsp amafutha omnqumo
- 1 tsp ijusi kalamula
- pelepele omnyama
- 1/2 tsp kasawoti
- 1 ugalikhi omncane ogayiwe
Iziyalezo:
- Geza uphizi ophekiwe namazambane epanini. isitsha esikhulu.
- Faka u-anyanisi oqotshiwe, u-garlic, ujinja, amafutha omnqumo, upelepele omnyama, usawoti, ikumin, neparsley eqoshwe kahle. Xuba zonke izithako uze uthole ingxube efanayo.
- Yenza amaqebelengwane amancane ngengxube bese upheka epanini elishisayo elinamafutha omnqumo. Pheka imizuzu embalwa kuze kube nsundu ngokusagolide nhlangothi zombili.
- Ngososo weyogathi, endishini hlanganisa iyogathi ye-vegan, amafutha omnqumo, ijusi kalamula, upelepele omnyama, usawoti kanye nogalikhi ogayiwe.
