- 500g Amla (Indian Gooseberries)
- 200g Usawoti
- 2 wezipuni we-Turmeric Powder
- 3 wezipuni Obomvu I-Chili Powder
- 1 isipuni Sembewu Ye-mustard
- 1 isipuni i-Asafoetida (Hing)
- 1 isipuni sikashukela (uma uthanda)
- 500ml Amafutha Emustard
Iziyalezo
