Izithako:
- Amakhyubhu enkukhu angenamathambo 500g
- Lal mirch (Red chilli) egaywe 1 tsp
- Lehsan impushana (impuphu kagalikhi) 1 isipuni
- Usawoti we-Himalayan opinki 1 tsp noma ukunambitha
- Kali mirch powder (Impushana kapelepele omnyama) 1 tbs
- Unamathisele lwesinaphi 1 tbs
- Cornflour 2 tbs
- I-Hara pyaz (u-anyanisi wasentwasahlobo) ushiya u-½ indebe eqotshiwe
- I-Anda (Iqanda) 1
- Izingcezu zesinkwa 4- 5 noma njengoba kudingeka
- Amafutha okupheka okuthosa
Izikhombisi-ndlela:
- Ku-chopper, engeza inkukhu & nquma kahle.
- Yidlulisele endishini, engeza upelepele obomvu ochotshoziwe, impushana yegalikhi, usawoti obomvana, impushana kapelepele omnyama, isinaphi, u-cornflour, u-anyanisi wasentwasahlobo, iqanda futhi uhlanganise kahle.
- Sika imiphetho yesinkwa bese usike ube ama-cubes amancane.
- Ngosizo lwezandla ezimanzi, thatha ingxube (40g) wenze amabhola anosayizi abalinganayo.
- Manje gcoba ibhola lenkukhu ngamakhyubhu esinkwa bese ucindezela ngobumnene ukuze usethe umumo.
- Ku-wok, shisa amafutha okupheka bese uthosa elangabini eliphansi elimaphakathi kuze kube nsundu futhi kukhrispy (kwenza u-15) .
