Izithako:

  • Amakhyubhu enkukhu angenamathambo 500g
  • Lal mirch (Red chilli) egaywe 1 tsp
  • Lehsan impushana (impuphu kagalikhi) 1 isipuni
  • Usawoti we-Himalayan opinki 1 tsp noma ukunambitha
  • Kali mirch powder (Impushana kapelepele omnyama) 1 tbs
  • Unamathisele lwesinaphi 1 tbs
  • Cornflour 2 tbs
  • I-Hara pyaz (u-anyanisi wasentwasahlobo) ushiya u-½ indebe eqotshiwe
  • I-Anda (Iqanda) 1
  • Izingcezu zesinkwa 4- 5 noma njengoba kudingeka
  • Amafutha okupheka okuthosa

Izikhombisi-ndlela:

  1. Ku-chopper, engeza inkukhu & nquma kahle.
  2. Yidlulisele endishini, engeza upelepele obomvu ochotshoziwe, impushana yegalikhi, usawoti obomvana, impushana kapelepele omnyama, isinaphi, u-cornflour, u-anyanisi wasentwasahlobo, iqanda futhi uhlanganise kahle.
  3. Sika imiphetho yesinkwa bese usike ube ama-cubes amancane.
  4. Ngosizo lwezandla ezimanzi, thatha ingxube (40g) wenze amabhola anosayizi abalinganayo.
  5. Manje gcoba ibhola lenkukhu ngamakhyubhu esinkwa bese ucindezela ngobumnene ukuze usethe umumo.
  6. Ku-wok, shisa amafutha okupheka bese uthosa elangabini eliphansi elimaphakathi kuze kube nsundu futhi kukhrispy (kwenza u-15) .
