1 ltr Amafutha (तेल)

Endishini enkulu faka ubisi lwesoya, uviniga, lwesinaphi isoso bese uyihlanganise kahle nge-blender yesandla.
Manje qhubeka ufaka amafutha kancane futhi uqhubeke uwaxuba nge-blender yesandla.
Ngemva kokuthi wonke amafutha ehlanganiswe kahle futhi ashunqisiwe bese uwabeka eceleni isikhathi esithile ukuze phumula.
Ngemva kwalokho khipha esitsheni esingangenisi umoya bese usigcina esiqandisini.
