- 1 inkomishi eyomile yerayisi elinsundu + 2 + 1/2 izinkomishi zamanzi
- 8oz tempeh + 1/2 indebe yamanzi (ingaba ngaphansi kwebhulokhi ye-tofu eqinile engu-14oz, icindezelwe imizuzu engu-20-30 uma awukuthandi ukunambitheka kwe-tempeh)
- 1 inhloko ye-broccoli, eqoshwe izingcezu ezincane + 1/2 indebe yamanzi
- 2 tbsp amafutha omnqumo noma ukotapheya
- li>~ 1/2-1 tsp usawoti
- 1/2 inkomishi ye-cilantro eqoshiwe (cishe 1/3 bunch)
- juice ka-1/2 lime
- Isoso Yamantongomane:
- 1/4 inkomishi yebhotela lamantongomane okhilimu
- 1/4 inkomishi kakhukhunathi aminos
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tbsp isiraphu ye-maple
- 1 tbsp i-ginger egayiwe
- 1 tsp impushana kagalikhi
- 1/4-1/3 inkomishi yamanzi afudumele
Sika i-temeh ibe izikwele ezincane, usike i-broccoli bese uyibeka eceleni. Shisisa amafutha esitokisini phezu komlilo ophakathi. Engeza i-tempeh kanye ne-1/4 indebe yamanzi, uqinisekise ukuthi azikho izingcezu ezidlulanayo. Vala isivalo bese uvumela isitimu imizuzu engu-5 noma kuze kube yilapho amanzi ehwamuka kakhulu, bese upheqa ucezu ngalunye, engeza amanzi asele angu-1/4 wenkomishi, ikhava, bese upheka amanye amaminithi angu-5
Isizini tempeh ngosawoti bese ususa ku-skillet. Faka i-broccoli ku-skillet, engeza i-1/2 indebe yamanzi, ikhava, bese upheka imizuzu engu-5-10, noma kuze kube yilapho amanzi ehwamuka.
Ngenkathi i-broccoli isafufusa, hlanganisa isoso ngokushaya zonke izithako zesoso kuze kube bushelelezi. Uma i-broccoli isithambile, susa isivalo, ubuyisele i-tempeh, futhi umboze yonke into kusoso wamantongomane. Govuza, ulethe i-sauce ukuze ibila, bese uvumela ama-flavour ukuthi ahlangane amaminithi ambalwa.
