I-Vegan Chickpea Curry

- 2 wezipuni Amafutha omnqumo noma amafutha emifino
- 1 U-anyanisi
- I-garlic, ama-clove angu-4
- 1 isipuni sejinja egayiwe

- 1/2 isipuni sikapelepele omnyama
- 1 ithisipuni Ikhumini
- ithisipuni elingu-Curry powder
- 2 amathisipuni Garam masala
- 4 Utamatisi omncane, oqoshiwe
- 1 inkani (300g-drained) Chickpeas,
- 1 ikani (400ml) Ubisi lukakhukhunathi
- 1/4 inqwaba ye-coriander entsha
- 2 wezipuni Lime/ijusi kalamula
- Ilayisi noma i-naan yokuphakelwa
1. Epanini elikhulu ukushisa izipuni ezi-2 zamafutha omnqumo. Engeza u-anyanisi oqoshiwe bese upheka imizuzu engu-5. Engeza u-garlic ogayiwe, ujinja ogayiwe bese upheka imizuzu engu-2-3.
2. Engeza i-cumin, i-turmeric, i-garam masala, usawoti kanye nopelepele. Pheka iminithi elingu-1.
3. Engeza utamatisi oqoshiwe futhi upheke, ugovuze ngezikhathi ezithile, uze uthambe. Cishe imizuzu emi-5-10.
4. Engeza uphizi nobisi lukakhukhunathi. Letha ingxube ibe ngamathumba, bese unciphisa ukushisa kube maphakathi-phansi. Bhaka imizuzu engu-5-10. Kwaze kwajiya kancane. Hlola isinongo bese wengeza usawoti owengeziwe uma kudingeka.
5. Vala ukushisa bese ufaka i-coriander eqoshiwe kanye nejusi kalamula.
6. Phaka ngerayisi noma ngesinkwa se-naan.
