I-TURKISH BULGURU PILAF

Izithako:
- 2 tbs amafutha omnqumo
- 1 tsp bhotela (ungaliyeka ibhotela bese usebenzisa amafutha omnqumo ukuze wenze lokhu i-vegan)
- 1 u-anyanisi oqotshiwe
- usawoti ukunambitha
- 2 ama-clove kagalikhi aqotshiwe
- 1 upelepele omncane (bell pepper)
- 1/2 upelepele oluhlaza waseTurkish (noma u-chile oluhlaza ukunambitha)
- 1 tbs utamatisi puree
- 2 utamatisi ogayiwe
- 1/2 tsp omnyama upelepele
- 1/2 tsp ama flakes kapelepele obomvu
- 1 isipuni seminti eyomisiwe
- 1 isipuni se-thyme eyomisiwe
- ijusi kalamula esanda kukhanywa (njenge ngokuthanda kwakho)
- 1 kanye ne-1/2 inkomishi kakolweni we-bulgur
- 3 izinkomishi zamanzi ashisayo
- hlobisa ngeparsley eqoshwe kahle nezingcezu zikalamula
Qala ngokushisa amafutha omnqumo nebhotela epanini. Engeza u-anyanisi oqoshiwe, usawoti, u-garlic, u-capsicum, upelepele oluhlaza, utamatisi puree, utamatisi ogayiwe, upelepele omnyama, ama-flakes ka-pepper obomvu, i-mint eyomisiwe, i-thyme eyomile, nejusi kalamula esanda kukhanywa ukuze unambitha. Bese wengeza ukolweni we-bulgur oqinile namanzi ashisayo. Gcoba ngeparsley eqoshwe kahle nezingcezu zikalamula.
