Izithako:

  • 2 tbs amafutha omnqumo
  • 1 tsp bhotela (ungaliyeka ibhotela bese usebenzisa amafutha omnqumo ukuze wenze lokhu i-vegan)

  • 1 isipuni seminti eyomisiwe
  • 1 isipuni se-thyme eyomisiwe
  • ijusi kalamula esanda kukhanywa (njenge ngokuthanda kwakho)
  • 1 kanye ne-1/2 inkomishi kakolweni we-bulgur
  • 3 izinkomishi zamanzi ashisayo
  • hlobisa ngeparsley eqoshwe kahle nezingcezu zikalamula
