Izithako:
1¼ izinkomishi zikafulawa ocolisisiwe (maida) + wothuli
2 wezipuni ze-tomato powder
1 ithisipuni amaqabunga e-basil omisiwe
½ isipuni sikashukela we-castor
½ isipuni + ingcosana kasawoti
1 ibhotela yesipuni
2 wezipuni zamafutha omnqumo + okokugcoba
¼ isipuni sikagalikhi oyimpushana
I-Mayonnaise-chive dip yokuphakela
Indlela:
1. Faka 1¼ izinkomishi zikafulawa endishini. Faka ushukela we-castor no-½ ithisipuni kasawoti bese uhlanganisa. Engeza ibhotela uhlanganise kahle. Faka amanzi anele bese uxova inhlama ethambile. Engeza ½ ithisipuni yamafutha e-olive bese uxova futhi. Mboza ngendwangu ye-muslin emanzi bese ubeka eceleni imizuzu engu-10-15.
2. Shisisa ihhavini ukuya ku-180° C.
3. Hlukanisa inhlama ibe izingxenye ezilinganayo.
4. Gcoba ufulawa phezu kwendawo yokusebenza bese ukhipha ingxenye ngayinye ibe amadiski amancane.
5. Gcoba ithreyi lokubhaka ngamafutha bese ubeka amadiski.
6. Hlanganisa ndawonye impushana katamatisi, amaqabunga e-basil omisiwe, u-garlic powder, usawoti omncane kanye namafutha omnqumo asele endishini.
7. Gcoba ingxube yempushana katamatisi kudiski ngayinye, faka i-dork usebenzisa imfoloko bese usika ube yimichilo engama-intshi angu-2-3 ubude.
8. Beka i-tray kuhhavini elushisayo ngaphambi kwemizuzu engu-5-7. Khipha kuhhavini bese upholisa.
9. Khonza ngediphu ye-mayonnaise-chive.
