- 1 ubhanana ovuthiwe
- 1 inkomishi yesipinashi yamaqabunga
- 1/2 inkomishi yobisi lwe-alimondi (noma ubisi lwakho oluthandayo lwesitshalo)
- 1 isipuni se-spirulina powder eluhlaza okwesibhakabhaka
- 1 isipuni se-chlorella powder
- 1 isipunu sephrotheni esisekelwe esitshalweni esiyimpushana
- 1/2 inkomishi izingcezu zikamango eziqandisiwe
- 1/4 inkomishi yama-blueberries (yokugcwalisa)
- Isandla se-granola (yokugcwalisa)
- Amaqabunga e-mint amasha (okuhlobisa)
Imiyalelo
- Ku-blender, hlanganisa ubhanana, amaqabunga esipinashi, ubisi lwe-almond, i-spirulina powder eluhlaza, i-chlorella powder, i-protein-based powder powder, nezingcezu zikamango eziqandisiwe.
- Hlanganisa kuze kube bushelelezi futhi bukhilimu. Uma ingxube iwugqinsi kakhulu, engeza ubisi lwe-alimondi olwengeziwe njengoba kudingeka ukuze ufinyelele ukuvumelana okufunayo.
- Thela ingxube ye-smoothie endishini.
- Phezulu ngamajikijolo aluhlaza, i-granola, namaqabunga e-mint amasha ukuze uthole ukudla okumnandi nokudla okungeziwe.
- Khonza ngokushesha futhi ujabulele lesi sitsha esigcwele umsoco njengesitsha sokudla noma isidlo sasekuseni esinempilo!
