I-Prawn Ghee Eyosiwe
  • Izithako:
    - Imbewu ye-Coriander 2 tbsp
    - Imbewu ye-Cumin 1 tsp
    - Izinhlamvu zikapelepele omnyama 1 tsp
    - Imbewu yefenugreek 1 tsp
    - Imbewu yesinaphi 1 tsp < br> - Imbewu yepoppy 1 tsp

    Yokunamathisela
    - Byedgi red chillies/ Kashmiri red chillies 10-12 nos.
    - Cashew 3-4 izinombolo.
    - I-Jaggery 1 tbsp
    - Ama-clove kagalikhi 8-10 nos.
    - Tamarind Namathisela 2 tbsp
    - Usawoti ukunambitha
  • Indlela: Beka ipani elangeni eliphezulu futhi ulishisise kahle, uma ipani selishisiwe yehlisa ilangabi bese wengeza imbewu ye-coriander izinongo ezisele, ziwose kahle emlilweni ophansi kuze kube yiphunga elimnandi. Manje thatha wonke upelepele obomvu bese ukhipha imbewu ngokuyisika ngosizo lwesikelo. Engeza amanzi ashisayo bese ucwilisa ama-chillies nama-cashews ndawonye endishini, uma ecwilisiwe uwafake embizeni yokugaya kanye nezinongo ezigazingiwe. Bese wengeza izithako ezisele zokunamathisela, qiniseka ukuthi usebenzisa amanzi amancane kakhulu, ugaye zonke izithako zibe unamathisele omuhle.
  • Ukwenza i-ghee roast:
    Ukugcoba ama-prawns
    - Amaprawns 400 grams
    - Usawoti ukunambitha
    - I-Turmeric powder ½ tsp
    - Ijusi kalamula 1 tsp
    Ukwenza i-ghee roast masala-
    - Ghee 6 tbsp
    - I-curry ishiya 10-15 nos.
    - Ijusi kalamula 1 tsp
  • Indlela: Ukwenza ama-prawns wosiwe uzodinga ukuthungatha ama-prawn, ukuze lokho ku-devein ama-prawn futhi uwageze kahle. Faka ama-prawns endishini bese wengeza usawoti, i-turmeric powder, ijusi kalamula, uhlanganise kahle futhi ubeke eceleni kuze kube yilapho senza i-ghee eyosiwe i-masala. Ukuze wenze i-ghee yosiwe i-masala, setha i-pan elangabini eliphezulu futhi uyishise kahle, wengeze u-3 wezipuni we-ghee epanini futhi ulivumele lishise kahle. Uma i-ghee isishisisiwe, engeza inhlama esiyenze ngaphambili bese uyipheka elangabini eliphakathi ngenkathi ugqugquzela njalo, pheka inhlama ize ibe mnyama futhi ibe muncu...
