I-Pan Seared Salmon ne-Lemon Butter Sauce

Izithako:
- 2-4 izibopho ze-salmon (180g i-fillet ngayinye)
- 1/3 inkomishi (75g) ibhotela
- 2 wezipuni ujusi kalamula omusha
- I-Lemon zest
- 2/3 inkomishi (160ml) Iwayini elimhlophe – ozikhethela lona /noma umhluzi wenkukhu
- 1/2 inkomishi (120ml) Ukhilimu osindayo
- 2 wezipuni parsley oqoshiwe
- Usawoti
- Upelepele omnyama
Izikhombisi-ndlela:
- Susa isikhumba kuma-salmon fillets. Isizini ngosawoti kanye nopelepele.
- Ncibilikisa ibhotela phezu kokushisa okuphakathi nendawo. Thosa i-salmon nhlangothi zombili kuze kube nsundu, cishe imizuzu engu-3-4 ukusuka ohlangothini ngalunye.
- Faka epanini iwayini elimhlophe, ujusi kalamula, ukhilimu kalamula nokhilimu onzima. Pheka i-salmon ku-sauce cishe imizuzu emi-3 bese uyikhipha epanini.
- Faka isoso ngosawoti kanye nopelepele. Engeza i-parsley eqoshiwe bese uvuselela. Nciphisa isoso ngohhafu ize ijiye.
- Phaka i-salmon bese uthela isoso phezu kwe-salmon.
