2 izixha, amaqabunga e-Palak, ahlanjululwe, (i-blanched bese emanzini abandayo ayiqhwa )
i-ginger eyi-intshi engu-1, egayiwe
2-3 izigaxa zikagalikhi, cishe ziqotshwe
2 upelepele oluhlaza , oqoshiwe

1 tbsp Ghee
1 tbsp uwoyela
¼ tsp imbewu ye-cumin
3-4 ama-clove
1 bay leaf
Ingcosana ye-asafoetida
2 -3 u-anyanisi omncane, oqoshiwe
2-3 ama-garlic pods, oqoshiwe
1 medium Utamatisi, oqoshiwe
1 tsp imbewu ye-coriander, egazingiwe futhi echotshoziwe
1/2 tbsp. i-kasoori methi, egazingiwe futhi egayiwe
½ tsp Impushana ye-Turmeric
1 tsp upelepele obomvu
amaqabunga angu-2-3 esipinashi, oqoshiwe

• Ebhodweni faka isipinashi esishiya phakathi amanzi abilayo imizuzu engu-2-3. Susa bese udlulisela ngokushesha emanzini abandayo e-ice.
• Manje ku-blender engeza i-ginger, garlic bese wenza inhlama bese wengeza i-palak ephekiwe bese wenza inhlama ebushelelezi
• Ukuze uthole i-palak paneer ukushisa i-ghee epanini bese wengeza i-bay leaf, imbewu ye-cumin, asafoetida. Govuza umzuzu kuze kuphele iphunga.
• Manje engeza u-anyanisi nesweli, gazinga kuze kube yilapho kuphenduka ukukhanya. Engeza utamatisi bese ugoqa kuze kube lula. Faka i-turmeric, upelepele obomvu, i-kasoori methi, imbewu ye-coriander echotshoziwe kanye nempushana ye-coriander uhlanganise kahle. Engeza amaqabunga e-palak aqotshiwe.
• Manje engeza i-palak puree elungisiwe, amanzi ashisayo, lungisa usawoti bese ugovuzisa kahle.
• Dlulisa ama-paneer cubes, ufafaze i-garam masala bese uyivumela ukuthi ipheke omunye umzuzu.
>• Isiphetho ngokhilimu omusha bese uwugoqa ube umhluzi.
• Hlobisa ngejinja ijulienne kanye nokhilimu omusha.
