- I-Adrak lehsan paste (I-Ginger garlic paste) - 1 tsp li>

- Usawoti we-Himalayan pink - ½ tsp noma ukunambitha
- Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) - ½ tsp < li>Lal mirch (Red chilli) ochotshoziwe - ½ tsp
- Amanzi - ¾ Inkomishi noma njengoba kudingeka
- Lungisa Ingxube Yezambane:
- I-Aloo (Amazambane) abilisiwe - 3 okumaphakathi
- I-Hari mirch (Green chilli) inama - ½ tbs
- Usawoti we-Himalayan pink - ½ tsp noma ukunambitha
- Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) powder - ½ tsp
- Chaat masala - 1 tsp
- I-Hara dhania (i-coriander entsha) eqoshiwe - 2-3 tbs
