- li>I-Dahi (Iyogathi) ixutshwe ama-tbs angu-4
- Ijusi kalamula ½ tbs
Izikhombisi-ndlela:
- Epanini lensimbi, engeza uwoyela wokupheka bese uwashisisa.
- Faka inyama yemvu, uhlanganise kahle bese upheka elangeni eliphezulu imizuzu engu-4-5.
- Faka ujinja, ugaliki, usawoti ophinki, uhlanganise kahle bese upheka imizuzu engu-3. -4 imizuzu.
- Faka amanzi, uhlanganise kahle futhi uwalethe ukuthi abile, ikhava futhi upheke emlilweni omncane kuze kube yilapho inyama isithamba (imizuzu engu-35-40).
