I-Muttaikose Sambar ene-Sundal Gravy

Izithako ze-Muttaikose Sambar:
- 2 izinkomishi ze-muttaikose (iklabishi), eziqotshiwe
- 1 inkomishi ye-toor dal (i-pigeon peas ehlukanisiwe)
- 1 u-anyanisi, oqotshwe kahle
- 2 utamatisi, oqoshiwe
- 2 upelepele oluhlaza, osikiwe
- 1 tsp imbewu yesinaphi
- 1 tsp imbewu ka-cumin< /li>
- 1/4 tsp i-turmeric powder
- 2 tbsp i-sambar powder
- Usawoti ozonambitha
- Amaqabunga e-coriander amasha okuhlobisa

Iziyalezo:
1. Pheka i-toor dal ku-pressure cooker kuze kuthambe. Hlaba bese ubeka eceleni.
2. Ebhodweni, ukushisa amafutha bese wengeza imbewu yesinaphi kanye nembewu ye-cumin. Bayeke bahlakaze.
3. Engeza u-anyanisi nopelepele oluhlaza, gazinga kuze u-anyanisi ukhanye.
4. Engeza utamatisi oqoshiwe, i-turmeric powder, i-sambar powder, nosawoti. Pheka kuze kuthambe utamatisi.
5. Engeza i-muttaikose eqoshiwe kanye namanzi amancane, ikhava, bese upheka kuze kuthambe.
6. Faka i-dal egayiwe bese ubilisa imizuzu embalwa. Gcoba ngamaqabunga e-coriander amasha.

- 1 u-anyanisi, oqotshwe kahle
- 1 upelepele oluhlaza, umsikwa
- 1/2 tsp imbewu yesinaphi
- 2 tbsp kakhukhunathi ogayiwe (kuyakhetheka)
- Usawoti ukunambitha
- Amaqabunga e-coriander azokuhlobisa
Iziyalezo:
1. Epanini, shisa amafutha bese wengeza imbewu yesinaphi, uzivumele ziqhamuke.
2. Engeza u-anyanisi kanye nopelepele oluhlaza, gazinga kuze u-anyanisi abe nsundu ngokusagolide.
3. Faka ama-chickpeas aphekiwe nosawoti, uhlanganise kahle. Engeza ukhukhunathi ogayiwe uma usebenzisa.
4. Pheka imizuzu embalwa bese uhlobisa ngamaqabunga e-coriander.
