Izikhombisi-ndlela:
1. Hlanganisa ufulawa kakolweni namanzi ukuze wenze inhlama ethambile.
2. Faka usawoti namafutha. Xuba kahle futhi uyivumele iphumule.
3. Hlukanisa inhlama ibe izingxenye ezilinganayo bese ugoqa ngayinye ibe mncane.
4. Gcoba i-ghee bese ufafaza imbewu ye-cumin, impushana ye-chili, i-turmeric, nenye i-masala.
5. Songa inhlama egoqiwe ibe yizicucu bese uyasonta ukuze wakhe umumo oyindilinga.
6. Likhiphe futhi bese upheka epanini elishisayo ne-ghee kuze kube nsundu ngokusagolide.
