Ingxoxo ye-Katori

Izwa ukunambitheka okujabulisayo kwe-Katori Chaat, ukudla okungenakuvinjelwa komgwaqo wase-India okuhlanganisa i-katori e-crispy (isitsha) ne-medley yezithako ezinokunambitheka. Kuphelele njengesnakhi noma i-appetizer, lesi sidlo nakanjani sizojabulisa izivakashi zakho.

  • 1/4 inkomishi ye-tamarind chutney
  • Chaat masala ukuze unambitha
  • Amaqabunga e-coriander amasha okuhlobisa
  • Sev for topping

Imiyalelo:

  1. Endishini yokuxuba, hlanganisa ufulawa wezinjongo zonke, imbewu ye-carom, nosawoti. Yengeza kancane amanzi ukuze uxove inhlama ebushelelezi. Yiyeke iphumule imizuzu engu-15.
