I-Katori Chaat Recipe
Ingxoxo ye-Katori
Izwa ukunambitheka okujabulisayo kwe-Katori Chaat, ukudla okungenakuvinjelwa komgwaqo wase-India okuhlanganisa i-katori e-crispy (isitsha) ne-medley yezithako ezinokunambitheka. Kuphelele njengesnakhi noma i-appetizer, lesi sidlo nakanjani sizojabulisa izivakashi zakho.

- Okwe-Katori:
- 1 inkomishi kafulawa wezinjongo zonke
- 1/2 ithisipuni imbewu ye-carom (ajwain)
- Usawoti ukunambitha
- Amanzi njengoba kudingeka
- Amafutha okuthosa
- Okokugcwalisa:
- 1 inkomishi yamachwane abilisiwe (chana)
- 1/2 inkomishi u-anyanisi oqotshwe kahle
- 1/2 inkomishi utamatisi oqoshiwe
- 1/2 inkomishi iyogathi
- 1/4 inkomishi ye-tamarind chutney
- Chaat masala ukuze unambitha
- Amaqabunga e-coriander amasha okuhlobisa
- Sev for topping
Imiyalelo:
- Endishini yokuxuba, hlanganisa ufulawa wezinjongo zonke, imbewu ye-carom, nosawoti. Yengeza kancane amanzi ukuze uxove inhlama ebushelelezi. Yiyeke iphumule imizuzu engu-15.
- Hlukanisa inhlama ibe amabhola amancane bese ugoqa ibhola ngalinye libe yindilinga ezacile.
- Shisisa amafutha epanini elijulile. Faka ngobumnene inhlama egoqiwe emafutheni bese uyithosa ngokujulile kuze kube nsundu futhi ibe crispy, uyilolonge ibe i-katori usebenzisa ukhezo olucijile.
- Uma usuqedile, wasuse emafutheni bese uwayeka aphole ethawulani lephepha ukuze amunce uwoyela oweqile.
- Ukuze uhlanganise i-Katori Chaat, gcwalisa i-katori ngayinye e-crispy ngamatshwele abilisiwe, u-anyanisi oqoshiwe, notamatisi.
- Engeza unodoli weyogathi, cwilisa i-tamarind chutney, bese ufafaza i-chaat masala.
- Gcoba ngamaqabunga e-coriander amasha kanye ne-sev. Khonza ngokushesha futhi ujabulele lokhu okujabulisayo kwe-Indian Chaat!
