Lungisa Imifino Ekhilimu:

  • I-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) isikwe 2 okumaphakathi
  • I-Pyaz (u-anyanisi omhlophe) isikwe 2 okumaphakathi
  • Impushana ka-anyanisi ½ tsp
  • Lehsan powder (Impushana kagalikhi) ½ tsp
  • I-Kali mirch powder (impushana kapelepele omnyama) ¼ tsp
  • Usawoti ophinki we-Himalayan ¼ tsp noma ukunambitha
  • I-oregano eyomisiwe ½ tsp
  • I-Olper’s Cream 1 Cup
  • Ijusi kalamula 3 tbs
  • Imayonnaise 4 tbs
  • I-Hara dhania (i-coriander entsha) iqotshwe ama-tbs angu-2

Iyahlanganisa:

  • I-wholewheat dinner rolls/Amabhanisi 3 noma njengoba kudingeka
  • I-Cheddar cheese ka-Olper igayiwe njengoba kudingeka
  • I-Olper’s Mozzarella ushizi igayiwe njengoba kudingeka
  • Lal mirch (Red chilli) ochotshoziwe
  • Ama-jalapenos afakwe emanzini anosawoti asikiwe

  1. Epanini lokuthosa, engeza amafutha okupheka, u-garlic bese ubosa umzuzu.
  2. Faka inyama yenkukhu uhlanganise kahle ize ishintshe umbala.
  3. -Faka impushana kapelepele omnyama,usawoti ophinki,i-oregano eyomisiwe,upelepele obomvu ochotshoziwe,impusha kapelepele omhlophe,uviniga, uhlanganise kahle bese upheka izikhathi ezingu-2-3 imizuzu.
  4. Kuyeke kuphole.

Lungisa Imifino Ekhilimu:

  1. Epanini elifanayo lokuthosa, engeza i-capsicum, u-anyanisi futhi uhlanganise kahle.
  2. Faka impushana ka-anyanisi, impushana kagalikhi, impushana kapelepele omnyama, usawoti ophinki, i-oregano eyomisiwe bese usosa elangabini eliphakathi nendawo imizuzu engu-1-2 bese ubeka eceleni.
  3. Endishini, engeza ukhilimu, ujusi kalamula bese uxuba kahle imizuzwana engu-30. Ukhilimu omuncu usulungile.
  4. Faka imayonnaise, i-coriander entsha, imifino egayiwe, hlanganisa kahle bese ubeke eceleni.

Iyahlanganisa:

  1. Sika amaroli esidlo sakusihlwa sikakolweni ophelele phakathi nendawo.
  2. Ohlangothini ngalunye lwe-dinner roll/buns, engeza futhi usakaze imifino enokhilimu, inkukhu elungisiwe, ushizi we-cheddar, ushizi we-mozzarella, upelepele obomvu ochotshoziwe nama-jalapenos afakwe emanzini anosawoti.
