  • I-Aalo (Amazambane) ibilisiwe 700g
  • Makhan (Ibhotela) 1 & ½ tbs

  • Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tbs

  1. Epanini lokuthosa, faka amafutha okupheka, u-anyanisi futhi gazinga iminithi.< /li>
  2. Faka i-ginger garlic paste, hlanganisa kahle bese upheka imizuzu engu-1-2.
  3. Faka inyama yenkomo egayiwe uhlanganise kahle ize ishintshe umbala bese upheka emlilweni oshisa bhé uze wome (approx. 8) -10 imizuzu).
  4. Engeza upelepele obomvu, imbewu ye-cumin, upelepele omnyama ochotshoziwe, usawoti, uhlanganise kahle bese upheka imizuzu engu-4-5.
  5. Engeza i-coriander entsha, uhlanganise kahle futhi yekela kuphole.
  6. Endishini, faka amazambane bese ugxoba kahle usebenzisa umshini wokugaya.
  7. Faka ibhotela, iqanda, impushana kagalikhi, i-paprika powder, impushana kapelepele, usawoti ,xuba futhi ugxobe kahle usizo lwesipuni.
  8. Engeza ufulawa oyizinjongo zonke uhlanganise kuze kuhlanganiswe kahle bese ubeka eceleni.
  9. Endaweni esebenzayo, faka ufulawa omile, engeza ingcosana kafulawa. ingxube yamazambane bese usakazwa ngosizo lwesipuni esigcotshisiwe, engeza ukugcwaliswa kwe-mince (i-tbs engu-1) phakathi nendawo, hlanganisa yonke ingxube yamazambane ukwenza i-patty, uthuli omile ufulawa & ululaze ngobumnene ngosizo lwezandla ezigcotshisiwe ukwenza i-pancake (yenza 6 -7).
  10. Epanini lokuthosa, shisa amafutha okupheka nama-pancake elangabini eliphansi ukusuka nhlangothi zombili kuze kube golide.
  11. Phakamisa ngokhilimu omuncu bese uhlobisa nge-parsley/coriander entsha.< /li>
