-Dahi (Yogurt) 1/3 Cup
-Sooji (Semolina) 1 & ½ Cup
-Zeera (awọn irugbin kumini) sisun & fifun 1 tsp
-Iyọ̀ Himalayan Pink 1 tsp tabi lati lenu
-Lal mirch (pupa) chilli) ao gun 1 tsp
-Omi 1 Cup
-Hari mirch (asu alawọ ewe) ge 1 tbs
- Hara dhania (Coriander tutu) ge iwonba
