-Pyaz (alubosa) cubes bi o ti beere

-Maida (Gbogbo-idi iyẹfun) bi beere

Atosona:
-Ge fillet adiye sinu cubes 1-inch.
-Ninu awo nla kan,fi adiye, obe gbigbona,vinegar. ,paprika etu, iyo Pink, etu dudu, ata ilẹ, oregano gbígbẹ, etu ata ilẹ pupa & papo dada, ao bo pelu fiimu elere & marinate fun wakati meji.
