  • Plain paratha
  • Epo sise 1-2 tbs
  • Band gobhi (eso kabeeji) finely shredded
  • Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne
  • Podina raita (Mint yogurt sauce)
  • Paprika lulú lati lenu

    Awọn itọnisọna:

    -Ninu ọpọn kan,fi alubosa, kikan, omi, iyo Pink, dapọ daradara & jẹ ki wọn rọ titi yoo fi jẹ.

    -Ninu awo kan, ao fi poteto kun ati ki o ma papo daradara pelu iranlowo masher.

    -Epo koriander tutu, iyo Pink, ata ijosi pupa, garam masala powder, tandoori masala, ata ijosi, mayonnaise & dapọ titi ti a fi dapọ daradara.

    - Lori paratha, fi 3-4 tbs ti kikun ọdunkun ti a pese silẹ & tan boṣeyẹ. p>

    -Gbe paratha (ẹgbẹ ọdunkun si isalẹ) & Cook fun iṣẹju 1-2.

    -Flip & si idaji paratha, fi & tan eso kabeeji, alubosa ti a fi kikan, capsicum, Mint obe yogurt, paprika lulú, yi apa keji paratha (ṣe 4-5) & sin!
