-Lehsan (Ata ilẹ) 12-15 cloves
-Adrak (Atalẹ) ege 2-inch
-Hari mirch (asu alawọ ewe) 2
-Sabut dhania (awọn irugbin Coriander) 1 tbs
-Zeera (awọn irugbin cumin) 2 tsp
-Sabut kali mirch (ata dudu) ½ tsp
-Urad daal (Gramu dudu Pipin) 1 Cup (250g)
-Sarson ka tel ( Epo musitadi) 1/3 Olopopo: epo sise ti o yan
-Rai dana (Awọn irugbin eweko dudu) 1 tsp
-Pyaz (alubosa) ge kekere kan
-Hing powder (Asafoetida powder) ¼ tsp
-Atta (iyẹfun alikama) 3 tbs
- Omi 5 Cups tabi bi o ṣe nilo
- Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
- iyo Himalayan Pink 1 & ½ tsp tabi lati lenu
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp tabi lati lenu
- Hara dhania (Coriander Fresh) ge iwonba
Awọn ilana:
-Ninu mortal & pestle,fi ata ilẹ, Atalẹ, chilies alawọ ewe, awọn irugbin coriander, awọn irugbin kumini, awọn ata dudu & fifun pa ni wiwọ & ṣeto si apakan.
-Ninu wok kan, ṣafikun giramu dudu pipin ati sisun gbigbẹ lori ina kekere fun iṣẹju 8-10.
- Jẹ ki o tutu.
-Ninu igo lilọ kan,fi lentil ti o yan kun,lọ lọra ati ṣeto si apakan.
- Ninu ikoko kan, fi epo musitadi kun ati ki o gbona rẹ lati mu siga.
-Fi awọn irugbin eweko dudu,alubosa, etu asafoetida, dapọ daradara & din-din fun iṣẹju 2-3.
-Fi awọn turari ti a fọ, iyẹfun alikama ati sise fun awọn iṣẹju 2-3.
- Fi lentil ilẹ kun, omi & dapọ daradara.
-Epo esufulawa, iyo pupa, etu ata ijosi pupa, papo dada, ao mu wa sise, ao bo si sise lori ina kekere titi ti o fi tutu (30-40 minutes) ,ayẹwo &ru laarin.
- Ṣafikun coriander titun ki o sin pẹlu iresi!
