Awọn eroja:
- Eran malu ti ko ni egungun labẹ gige 750g
- Iyọ Pink Himalayan 1 tsp tabi lati lenu
- Adrak lehsan lẹẹmọ (lẹẹ ata ilẹ ginger) 1 & ½ tbs
- Kacha papita (Papaya Raw) lẹẹmọ 1 & ½ tbs
- Olper's Cream 1 Cup (200ml) otutu yara
- Dahi (Yogurt) 1 & ½ Cup
- Hari mirch (Ata alawọ ewe) ti a fọ 1 tbs
- Sabut dhania (awọn irugbin coriander) ti a fọ 1 & ½ tbs > Lulú Zeera (Cumin lulú) 1 & ½ tsp
- etu mirch (ata dudu) ½ tsp
- Chaat masala 1 tsp
- Garam masala lulú ½ tsp
- Iyọ Pink ½ tsp tabi lati lenu
- Kasuri methi (ewe fenugreek ti o gbẹ) 1 & ½ tsp
- Pyaz (alubosa) cubes bi o ṣe nilo. li>
- Epo sise 2-3 tbsp Li>Ninu ekan kan,fi eran malu,iyo Pink,ata ilẹ ata ilẹ,papaya raw ati ki o dapọ daradara,bo pẹlu fiimu ounjẹ & marinate fun wakati mẹrin ninu firiji.
- Fi ipara, yogurt, chilli alawọ ewe, Irugbin koriander, etu kumini, etu ata dudu, chaat masala, etu garam masala, iyo Pink, ewe alubosa ti o ti gbe & papo daradara, bo & marinate for 2 hours.
- Ninu skewers igi, skew alubosa cubes, marinated. eran malu boti ni omiiran & Reserve ti o ku marinade fun lilo nigbamii.
