Ero:
-Epo sise 2 tbs
-Tamatar (tomati) ao di alagbede meji
-Adrak lehsan paste (paste garlic ginger) ½ tbs
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp tabi lati lenu
-Mong daal (lenti Yellow) ½ Cup (ao re fun wakati kan)
-Chana daal (gira Bengal pipin) 1 & ½ Cups (soaked for 2 hours)
-Omi 4 Cups
- iyo Himalayan Pink Pink 1 & ½ tsp tabi lati lenu

-Ao fi iyẹfun turmeric, etu ata ilẹ pupa, papo dada ao se fun iṣẹju 2-3.< br> -Ao fi lentil ofeefee si,ao pin giram bengal,ao jo daadaa
-Fi omi kun dada, ao mu wa sise, ao bo ati sise lori ina kekere titi ti lentil yoo fi tutu (iseju 20-25), wo laarin & & amupu; fi omi kun ti o ba nilo.
-Fi iyọ Pink, dapọ daradara & jẹ ki o tutu titi ti o fẹ.
