-Moong daal (lenti ofeefee) 2 Cups

-Masoor daal (lenti pupa) 1 Cup

-Epo sise 1/3 Cup

-Zeera (awọn irugbin kumini) 1 tbs

-Sabut lal mirch (bọtini pupa chillies) 10-12

-Tez patta (ewe Bay) 3 kekere

-Kari patta (ewe Curry) 18-20

-Kasuri methi (ewe fenugreek ti o gbẹ) 1 tbs

-Iyẹ̀pẹ̀ Lehsan (ẹ̀fọ́ ata ilẹ̀) 2 tsp

-Lal mirch lulú (Pẹpa ata ilẹ) 2 & ½ tsp tabi lati lenu

-Dhania lulú (Coriander powder) 2 tsp

-Haldi lulú (Turmeric powder) 1 tsp

-Garam masala etu 1 tsp

- iyo Himalayan Pink Pink 3 tsp tabi lati lenu

-Tatri (Citric acid) ½ tsp

-Omi 3 Cup

-Ipilẹṣẹ daal lẹsẹkẹsẹ ½ Cup

- Hara dhania (Coriander titun) ge 1 tbs

-Ninu wok kan,fi lentil ofeefee, lentil pupa & yan gbigbe lori ina kekere fun iṣẹju 6-8.

- Jẹ ki o tutu.

-Ninu ẹrọ mimu,fi awọn lentil sisun kun,lọ lati ṣe etu ati ṣeto si apakan.

-Ninu woki kan,epo epo-epo,ewe kumini,bọtini ata ilẹ pupa,ewe-ọpa ati ki o dapọ daradara.

-Epo ewe curry ao da po daada.

-Ao fi ewe alubosa gbigbe,egbe ata ijosi,ewe ota pupa,epo koriander,epo,ipara garam masala &e po daada fun iseju kan.

-Fi awọn lentil ilẹ kun, dapọ daradara ati sise lori ina kekere fun awọn iṣẹju 6-8.

- Jẹ ki o tutu.

-Fi iyo Pink, citric acid & dapọ daradara (Eso: 650g 4 cups approx.).

-Premix daal lẹsẹkẹsẹ le wa ni ipamọ sinu idẹ ti afẹfẹ gbigbẹ tabi apo titiipa zip fun oṣu kan (igbesi aye selifu).

-Ninu ikoko kan,fi omi kun,½ ife ti premix daal lẹsẹkẹsẹ & whisk daradara.

-Tan ina naa, dapọ daradara ki o mu u wá si sise, bo ni apakan ki o jẹun lori ina kekere titi di tutu (iṣẹju 10-12).

- Ṣafikun coriander titun, tú tadka (aṣayan) & sin pẹlu chawal!
