- 1 Tablespoon Ata ilẹ - ge daradara (4 si 5 cloves ata ilẹ)
- 1/2 Sibi Tabunu Atalẹ - ge daradara (Atalẹ 1/2 inch)
- 2 Tablespoon tomati Lẹẹ tabi lati lenu
- 1 Ilẹ Kumini Teaspoon
- 1 Teaspoon Ilẹ Koriander
- 1 Teaspoon Paprika (KO MU)
- 1/2 Iwa Iwa-iyẹfun Iyẹfun
- 1/2 Ilẹ Teaspoon Ilẹ Ata Dudu
- 1/2 si 1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne Ata tabi lulú Ata India (Aṣayan)
- 140g / 3/4 Tomati ( tomati alabọde 1)
- 1/4 Cup / 60ml Omi tabi bi o ṣe beere
- Iyọ lati ṣe itọwo (Mo ṣafikun lapapọ 1 teaspoon ti iyọ Himalayan Pink (1/4 tsp lakoko didin awọn alubosa + 3/4 tsp si chickpeas)
