    1. Mura Adie Koftay: Ni chopper kan,fi adiye sii,alubosa,ata tutu,osi tuntun,ata ilẹ ginger,iyẹfun kumini,iyo Pink,iyẹfun ata dudu,abẹ ata pupa fọn,garam masala lulú,bota ti a ti ṣalaye,gẹgẹ birẹdi ati gige titi daadaa. Girisi ọwọ pẹlu epo, mu iwọn kekere ti adalu (50g) & ṣe koftay ti awọn iwọn dogba. Ni wok, fi epo sise, ti a ti pese silẹ koftay & din-din lori ina kekere lati gbogbo awọn ẹgbẹ titi ti wura ina & ṣeto si apakan (ṣe 12).
    2. Mura Kofta Gravy: Ni wok kanna,fi alubosa, alawọ ewe cardamom & din-din lori ina alabọde fun iṣẹju 2-3. Mu alubosa jade ki o gbe lọ si idẹ ti o dapọ, fi awọn ata alawọ ewe, almondi, awọn irugbin melon, omi ati parapo daradara. Ni wok kanna, fi awọn lẹẹ ti o dapọ ati ki o dapọ daradara. Fi erun dudu kun, etu kumini, etu mace, etu koriander, etu garam masala, iyo Pink, ata ilẹ ata ilẹ, yogọt & papo dada, bo ati sise lori ina kekere fun iṣẹju 4-5.
