Achari Mirchi

-Hari mirch (asu alawọ ewe) 250g
-Epo sise 4 tbs
-Karry patta (ewe Curry) 15-20
-Dahi (Yogurt) fi omi ½ Cup
-Sabut dhania (awọn irugbin Koriander) ti a fọ ½ tbs
-Iyọ Pink ½ tsp tabi lati lenu
-Zeera (awọn irugbin kumini) sisun & fifun 1 tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Pupa chilli powder) 1 tsp tabi lati lenu
-Saunf (awọn irugbin fennel) ti a fọ 1 tsp
-Iyẹfun Haldi (Iyẹfun Turmeric) ½ tsp
-Kalonji (awọn irugbin Nigella) ¼ tsp
-Oje lẹmọọn 3-4 tbs
Awọn itọsọna:
- Gé chilies alawọ ewe ni idaji lati aarin & ya sọtọ.
- Ninu pan-din,fi epo sise,ewe curry & din-din fun iseju mewa.
- Fi awọn ata ilẹ alawọ ewe kun, dapọ daradara ati sise fun iṣẹju kan.
- Fi wara, awọn irugbin coriander, iyo Pink, awọn irugbin kumini, etu ata pupa, awọn irugbin fennel, turmeric lulú, awọn irugbin nigella, dapọ daradara & Cook lori ina alabọde fun iṣẹju 1-2, bo & Cook lori ina kekere fun 10- 12 iṣẹju.
- Fi oje lẹmọọn kun, dapọ daradara ki o si ṣe fun awọn iṣẹju 2-3.
