Izithako:
- I-Soya granules 150 gm
- Ipinki yetyuwa
- Amanzi okupheka
- I-Ghee 2 tbsp + oil 1 tsp
- Iziqholo ezipheleleyo:
- Jeera 1 tsp
- Bay leaf 2 nos.
- Cinnamon 1 intshi
- Star anise 1 no.
- Green cardamom 2-3 nos.
- Cloves 4-5 nos.
- Black peppercorn 3 -4 iinombolo.
- I-anyanisi 4-5 ubukhulu obuphakathi (inqunyulwe)
- I-ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- I-chillies eluhlaza 2 I-tsp (inqunyulwe)
- Iitumato 3-4 ubukhulu obuphakathi (inqunyulwe)
- Ityuwa ukunambitha
- Iziqholo eziyimpuphu:
- I-chilli ebomvu yomgubo 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder 1 tbsp
- Jeera powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/4th tsp
- Amanzi atshisayo njengoko kufuneka
- Iitshilisi eziluhlaza 2-3 nos. (iqhekeza)
- Ijinja 1 intshi (i-julienned)
- Kasuri methi 1 tsp
- Garam masala 1 tsp
- Amagqabi e-coriander amatsha 1 tbsp. (inqunyulwe)
Iindlela:
- Seta amanzi okubilisa kwi-stockpot okanye i-wok, yongeza i-pinch yetyuwa. uze ugalele iigranules zesoya, upheke i-soya imizuzu eyi-1-2 uze uhluze.
