  • I-Soya granules 150 gm

  • Iziqholo ezipheleleyo:
    1. Jeera 1 tsp
    2. Bay leaf 2 nos.
    3. Cinnamon 1 intshi
    4. Star anise 1 no.
    5. Green cardamom 2-3 nos.
    6. Cloves 4-5 nos.
    7. Black peppercorn 3 -4 iinombolo.
  • I-anyanisi 4-5 ubukhulu obuphakathi (inqunyulwe)
  • I-ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • I-chillies eluhlaza 2 I-tsp (inqunyulwe)
  • Iitumato 3-4 ubukhulu obuphakathi (inqunyulwe)
  • Ityuwa ukunambitha
  • Iziqholo eziyimpuphu:
    1. I-chilli ebomvu yomgubo 1 tbsp
    2. Coriander powder 1 tbsp
    3. Jeera powder 1 tsp
    4. Turmeric powder 1/4th tsp
  • Amanzi atshisayo njengoko kufuneka
  • Iitshilisi eziluhlaza 2-3 nos. (iqhekeza)
  • Ijinja 1 intshi (i-julienned)
  • Kasuri methi 1 tsp
  • Garam masala 1 tsp
  • Amagqabi e-coriander amatsha 1 tbsp. (inqunyulwe)

Iindlela:
