- Himalayan pink ityuwa 1 tsp okanye ukunambitha
- Kali mirch powder (umgubo omnyama wepepile) 1 tsp
- Umgubo wenkukhu 1 & ½ tsp li>
- Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ½ tsp
- Zeera (Imbewu yeCumin) yosiwe kwaye yacolwa ½ tsp
- Cornflour 2-3 tbs
- Anda (Iqanda) 1

Epanini yokuqhotsa, galela i-oyile yokupheka, itswele, igalikhi, i-green chillies & fry on medium flame de ibe golden. & Bekela ecaleni.
