- I-Band gobhi (Ikhaphetshu) inqunyulwe kakuhle
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) ijulienne
- Podina raita (i-Mint yogurt sauce)
- Paprika powder ukunambitha

-Esityani, yongeza itswele, iviniga, amanzi, ityuwa epinki, xuba kakuhle kwaye uzivumele zifunxe de ziphakwe.
-Esityeni, yongeza iitapile & ucube kakuhle ngoncedo lwesicuphi.
-Faka icoriander entsha, ityuwa epinki, itshilisi ebomvu ecoliweyo, garam masala powder, tandoori masala, chilli garlic sauce, imayonesi & xuba de udityaniswe kakuhle.
-Kwiparatha, yongeza i-3-4 yeetbs yeetapile ezilungisiweyo kwaye usasaze ngokulinganayo.
-Kwi-griddle, yongeza i-oyile yokupheka kwaye uyifudumeze. p>
-Beka iparatha (icala letapile phantsi) kwaye upheke imizuzu eyi-1-2.
-Flip & kwisiqingatha secala leparatha, yongeza & usasaze ikhaphetshu, itswele elifakwe iviniga, i-capsicum, i-mint. Isosi yeyogathi, umgubo wepaprika, jika kwelinye icala leparatha (yenza 4-5) kwaye uphake!
