-Lehsan (Igalikhi) 12-15 cloves
-Adrak (Ginger) 2-intshi iqhekeza
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 2
-Sabut dhania (Imbewu yeCoriander) 1 tbs
-Zeera (imbewu yeCumin) 2 tsp
-Sabut kali mirch (Izikhonkwane zepepile ezimnyama) ½ tsp
-Urad daal (Ukwahlula igram emnyama) 1 indebe (250g)
-Sarson ka tel ( ioli yemostade
-Atta (umgubo wengqolowa) 3 tbs
-Amanzi iikomityi ezi-5 okanye njengoko kufuneka
-Umgubo weHaldi (umgubo weTurmeric) ½ tsp
-ityuwa epinki ye-Himalayan 1 & ½ tsp okanye ukungcamla
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp okanye incasa
-Hara dhania (efreshi coriander) isandla esinqunqwe sinqunqwe
Izalathiso:
-Kwi-mortal & pestle,yongeza ikonofile,ijinja, iitshilisi eziluhlaza, imbewu ye-coriander, imbewu ye-cumin, i-peppercorns emnyama kunye nokutyumza kancinane kwaye ubeke bucala.
-Kwi-wok, yongeza i-gram emnyama kunye ne-roast eyomileyo kwi-flame ephantsi ye-8-10 imizuzu.
-Yiyeke iphole.
-Kwijagi yokusila, yongeza ilentile egcadiweyo, ugaye ngokurhabaxa & ubeke ecaleni.
-Embizeni, yongeza ioli yemostade kwaye uyifudumeze kwindawo yomsi.
-Yongeza imbewu yemostade emnyama, itswele, umgubo we-asafoetida, xuba kakuhle kwaye ugxobhoze imizuzu emi-2-3.
-Yongeza iziqholo ezityumkileyo, umgubo wengqolowa kwaye upheke imizuzu eyi-2-3.
-Yongeza i-lentile yomhlaba, amanzi kwaye udibanise kakuhle.
-Yongeza umgubo we-turmeric, ityuwa epinki, umgubo wetshilisi obomvu, xuba kakuhle kwaye uzise ukuba ubilise, gubungela kwaye upheke kwidangatye eliphantsi kude kube ithenda (imizuzu engama-30-40), jonga kwaye ugxothe phakathi.
