- 3 tbsp ioli yemostade
- ½ tsp imbewu yefennel
- ½ tsp imbewu ye-nigella
- ½ tsp imbewu yefenugreek
- 1 tsp umgubo we-turmeric
- 1 tsp umgubo we-chiil obomvu
- 1 tsp ityuwa
- 3 tbsp umgubo wemostade
- 2 tbsp iviniga
Indlela:
Fudumeza ioli yemostade epanini. yongeza imbewu kwaye uvumele ukuba i-splutter. Yongeza umgubo wemostade, umgubo obomvu wetshili, i-turmeric kwaye udibanise. Yongeza imifuno, ityuwa kwaye udibanise kakuhle. Pheka imizuzu emi-3-4. Yongeza iviniga, xuba kwaye ususe ebushushwini.
