I-Kale chane ki sabji yiresiphi yesidlo sakusasa esidumileyo samaNdiya ayimnandi nje kuphela kodwa isempilweni. Le recipe kulula ukuyenza kwaye ifanelekile kwisidlo sakusasa esikhawulezayo nesinempilo.

Izinongo:

  • 1 ikomityi ye-kale chane (ii-chickpeas ezimnyama), zifakwe ubusuku bonke
  • 2 tbsp ioli
  • 1 tsp imbewu ye-cumin
  • 1 itswele elikhulu, linqunyulwe kakuhle
  • 1 tbsp intlama ye-ginger-garlic
  • 2 iitumato ezinkulu, zinqunqwe kakuhle
  • 1 tsp umgubo we-turmeric
  • 1 tsp umgubo wetshilisi obomvu
  • 1 tsp i-coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • Ityuwa ukungcamla
  • Amagqabi e-coriander amatsha okuhombisa

Imiyalelo:
  1. Fudumeza i-oyile epanini kwaye wongeze imbewu ikumin. Nje ukuba ziqalise ukuxubha, yongeza itswele elinqunqiweyo kwaye ulixube de lijike libe bugolide.
