Iresiphi yeBeerakaya Pachadi

Izithako:
- Ridge gourd (beerakaya) - 1 medium-sized
- Itshilisi eluhlaza - 4
- Coconut - 1/4 ikomityi ( ukukhetha)
- Tamarind - encinci ye-lemon-ubungakanani
- Imbewu yeCumin (jeera) - 1 tsp
- Imbewu yemostadi - 1 tsp
- Chana idali - 1 tsp
- Urad dal - 1 tsp
- Itshilisi ebomvu - 2
- Iigalikhi zegalikhi - 3
- Umgubo weTurmeric - 1/ 4 tsp
- Curry amagqabi - ambalwa
- Coriander amagqabi - handful
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Ityuwa - njengoko kunambitha
Indlela yokupheka:
1. Khulula kwaye unqumle ithanga libe ngamaqhekeza amancinci.
2. Fudumeza i-1 tbsp yeoli epanini kwaye wongeze i-chana dal, i-urad dal, imbewu ye-cumin, imbewu yemostade, i-chilies ebomvu, kunye ne-garlic cloves. Saulise kakuhle.
3. Yongeza i-gourd eqoshiwe, i-turmeric powder, amaqabunga e-curry, kunye namagqabi e-coriander. Xuba kakuhle kwaye upheke imizuzu eyi-10.
4. Wakuba uvuthwe igour, yeka umxube uphole.
5. Kwi-blender, yongeza umxube opholileyo, iitshilisi eziluhlaza, i-tamarind, i-coconut kunye netyuwa. Yidibanise ube yintlama egudileyo.
6. Ukutshisa, tshisa i-1 tsp yeoli epanini, yongeza imbewu yemostade, i-chilies ebomvu, kunye namaqabunga e-curry. Yisa de imbewu yemostade ivuthuluke.
7. Yongeza umxube we-ridge gourd kwaye udibanise kakuhle, upheke imizuzu emi-2.
8. I-Beerakaya Pachadi ilungele ukuhanjiswa ngerayisi eshushu okanye i-roti.
